Anti COVID-19 regulations necessary to enter Italian territory
Update: On 15 December 2021 the Italian Government extended the state of emergency until 31 March 2022. Based on this, all incoming tourists are required to show proof of Covid-19 vaccination (Green Pass). Access to restaurants, hotels and other public places are also allowed only by showing the valid Green Pass.
These rules do not allow us to accept unvaccinated guests.
Request for a single room accomodation
Guests wishing to stay in a single room during our weekly tours will have an additional cost as indicated in the Tour price list. However, we inform you that in the hotels we selected there aren’t many single rooms available. Under this please let us know well in advance and we will do everything to satisfy your request.
Cancellations
We recommend you to read the Italian tourist regulations. You can find it in “Terms and Conditions” at the bottom of our web home page. We wish to remind you that H&B may cancel the Tour that you’re booking even in the following circumstances:

If this happens, H&B will offer you the same trip on a new date, or any other future trip you choose, considering what you paid as payment for the new Tour.
- The minimum number needed to operate the Tour has not been reached.
We will inform you of this no later than 45 days before departure. H&B reserves the right to run the tour even with a smaller number of guests, possibly requiring an additional cost per guest. If the tour does not take place, H&B will refund the amount paid by you within 30 days.
- Under no circumstances H&B will refund of travel expenses incurred by guests, no other costs, penalties and any kind of indemnities
